Founded in 2013, The ThinkUP Group was born from a profound personal revelation by its founder, Dr. Jinneh. After enduring years of silent battles with depression, she recognized that the key to her transformation lay not in external circumstances but in the quiet power of her mindset. Confronting her mental barriers, she discovered that by reshaping her thought patterns, she could reimagine her future. This insight—this recognition that mindset could unlock performance, innovation, and sustainable growth—set The ThinkUP Group on its course.

What began as one individual’s journey to reclaim mental well-being soon evolved into a mission to help organizations and their leaders thrive. Driven by the conviction that actual change starts from within, Dr. Jinneh made it her purpose to share practical strategies for cultivating a growth-oriented mindset. Her authenticity and proven methods resonated with audiences across a broad spectrum: from educational institutions seeking to build resilient student bodies to nonprofits aiming to strengthen leadership capacity to faith-based organizations nurturing cohesive communities.
